Currently, Flying High Farm is open Mondays through Saturdays. Most sessions are held after school hours; however, morning appointments are available for children who are in pre-school, in half-day kindergarten, home schooled or enrolled in an alternative educational program.
Dangerous Weather Conditions
Sessions are typically held regardless of weather. However, the program will be closed, and sessions canceled, if there is a snow storm or other dangerous weather condition. All parents and guardians who are affected by this will receive a call from the child's clinician informing stating that sessions have been canceled for this day.
Since many children are available during daytime hours over the summer, accommodations can be made to schedule these children for morning appointments once school is out for the year.
MassHealth
Flying High Farm does not accept most forms of MassHealth or Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP).
However, we do accept Children's Medical Security Plan (CMSP) which is run by MassHealth. Click here for more information about CMSP.
Tufts Health Plan
Although Christine Randle is not on the Tufts panel, some forms of Tufts Insurance have United Behavioral Health (UBH) as the mental health carrier. To find out whether your Tufts Plan has UBH as its mental health carrier, please call the mental health phone number on the back of your insurance card.
If your mental health is adminstered by UBH, then your child's sessions will be paid for by UBH since Christine Randle is a provider for UBH. You will be responsible for the copays or deductible, if you have one.
