Christine Randle, LICSW and Founder of FHF (in 2003), has been an equestrian for most of her life and a social worker since 1990.  

Christine is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts (# 111274), a PATH certified therapeutic riding instructor and PATH certified Equine Specialist.

Sarah Charest, LICSW, is a lifelong equestrian and spends her free time with her son and riding her horse, Ari.

Sarah is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts (# 115258) and a PATH certified therapeutic riding instructor.

Allison Heneghan, LMHC, graduated with her Masters in Art therapy from Drexel University. 

She spends her free time riding her thoroughbred gelding, Momo. 

Allison is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts (# 7953) and a PATH certified therapeutic riding instructor.  

Pam Carey, LICSW, graduated from Salem State College with a Masters in Social Work. Pam completed a yearlong Level 1 Internal Family Systems course -  an evidence-based form of treatment for a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, self-harm, and addictive behaviors.
Pam enjoys riding and training her horses, Juan Carlos and Ella, in various forms of natural horsemanship.

Michelle Hernandez, LMHC, graduated from Lesley University with her Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling.

Michelle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts (# 5880).

Lauren Shea, LICSW, graduated from The University of New England. In her spare time, Lauren can be found riding her horse or hanging out with her dogs.

Lauren is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts (#223674).

Karen Katzen, LMHC, C-AAIS graduated from William James College with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is also a specialist in Animal-Assisted Interventions. 

Karen loves spending time with her dogs Maeve, Iris, Tex, and Moss, her cat Pearl, guinea pigs Winifred, Clover, and Possum and a friendly box turtle named Fred. 

Karen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts (# 13393).

Cassie Bridge, LCSW, LADC I, graduated from Springfield College with a Masters Degree in Social Work. Cassie has experience working in all levels of care from hospital level to outpatient treatment. 

Cassie is a mom to three kids and two dogs and is a lifelong equestrian. In her spare time, she can be found hanging out with her family, at the barn, spending time outside, traveling, baking, reading or refinishing furniture.  

Cassie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#228305) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (#23231) in Massachusetts. 

Cyrena Feliciano, is our Office Manager. She enjoys hanging out with her husband, daughters, their dogs and two ducks.
